The Programme
Shavuot is short, which is precisely why it is so often done badly. A two-day festival leaves no room to recover from a kitchen that is not ready or a venue that has not thought about the night of learning.
We run Shavuot the way we run everything else: our own culinary team, kashrut supervision arranged for the programme, full board, and a venue chosen because it suits the festival rather than because it had availability. Destinations and dates are confirmed individually each year, so please ask us what is planned.
