The Approach
Running a festival programme well means controlling the kitchen, the kashrut and the rhythm of the days — not reselling rooms and hoping the caterer turns up. Sarah Tours contracts the property and brings its own culinary team.
Passover is our largest programme and the one with the longest history. Sukkot, Shavuot and our summer stays run on the same principles, with destinations and dates confirmed individually each year.
